Thank you for choosing Hillview Window Cleaning. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the sale of our window cleaning services. By scheduling a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning services, using specialized equipment including our Ultra DI Pure Water System to ensure spot-free results. Services will be carried out as agreed in the service quote or contract.

2. Scheduling and Appointments
- Appointment Confirmation: Services are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed via phone or email.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more via PayPal Zettle.
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
- Please note: There is a minimum service fee of $40 per cleaning.

4. Customer Responsibilities
- Access to Property: The customer must ensure safe and clear access to windows and any necessary areas.
- Hazard Disclosure: Inform us of any potential hazards (e.g., fragile glass, structural concerns).
- Pets and Valuables: Please secure pets and remove valuables from service areas.

5. Liability and Damage Policy
- Service Guarantee: We guarantee high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours for any corrective action.
- Damage: We take utmost care, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage resulting from structural defects.

7. Cancellation by Hillview Window Cleaning
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly.
